Gina Restani, CPCC, PCC, is a speaker, facilitator, and coach on a mission to rehumanize how we work and lead. She left her tech career to find healthier ways of working. Since then, she has coached leaders across 40+ organizations, from small nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce. She has been the leadership programming partner for Sustainable Ocean Alliance’s Ocean Leaders Fellowship since 2025, working with 80 fellows from 41 countries. As faculty at the Co-Active Training Institute, she has trained 1,000+ coaches from fifteen countries. She has spoken to audiences in the US, the Netherlands, and South Korea about the human side of leading. Her upcoming book, Micropractices to Rehumanize Us, offers small daily practices for reshaping our world towards love. She is based in San Francisco, her hometown.
